Standard Electroformed Sieve Material

Precision Eforming produces a full line of electroformed sieves to meet any process, environmental or design requirement. Our sieves can be produced:

  • With any opening size from two microns to 2000 microns, at single micron increments.
  • With tolerances +/- two microns.
  • Choices of opening shapes; square, round, slotted, hexagonal or custom.
  • Mounted to all standard inch and metric ring diameters.
  • All sieve are certified and shipped with a histogram.
  • Exceed ASTM E-161, ISO 3310-3, ANSI B74.16, FEPA and JIS Z 8801-3:2000 standards.
  • RoHS certified.
